AI result vs independent check
The AI measured every element with exact tools. An independent deterministic engine measured the same drawings. Groups that disagreed were sent back to the AI to re-examine; anything still different is listed under Checks for the engineer.

What was measured
Coloured shapes are the elements the takeoff detected and measured on each plan. Faint beam strips took their mark from the beam run they belong to. On slab plans: green S-1, blue S-2, red = unmarked panel, orange = opening (excluded).
